NOTICE TO ABATE VIOLATIONS OF TOWN OF BARNSTABLE BOARD OF
HEALTH REGULATIONS,NUISANCE CONTROL REGULATION NO 1
The property owned by you located at 91 Clifton Lane.,was inspected on May 6,2004, by
Donald Desmarais RS,Health Inspector,because of a complaint.
The following violations of the Town of Barnstable Board of Health Regulations,
Nuisance Control Regulation No. 1 were observed:
Nuisance Control Regulation No. 1, Part VII, Section 1.00: Brush and junk fencing on
the ground.
You are directed to correct the violations within seven days of receipt of this order
letter.
You may request a hearing before the Board of Health if written petition requesting same
is received within ten(10) days after the date the order is served.
Please be advised that failure to comply with an order could result in a fine of$100.00. Each
days failure to comply with an order shall constitute a separate violation.

THERE). SPOKE WITH MR. SABATINELLI
ON 5/7/2004. HE TOLD ME THAT THE
FENCING AND BRUSH WOULD BE GONE BY
NEXT WEEK. WENT TO LOT ON 5/14/2004
AND THERE WAS STILL DEBRIS ON
PROPERTY. 3 UNREGISTERED VEHICLES
