It is our belief that the room as designed and attested to will be used as a family room; and while there is always the "what if' as there is on any application,we will grant the benefit of the doubt to the applicant in this case. I understand that Title 5 gives discretion to the Board of Health as to defining a bedroom. I would not ever infringe on that responsibility; it is yours.
