No creosote treated materials shall be used. 6. ) The Natural Resources Dept. shall be notified in writing at least 15 working days prior, to the start of work: at the site, to inspect the area for shellfish. If deemed necessary by the Shellfish Constable, shellfish shall be removed from the work: area to a suitable site and/or replanted at the locus following construction. The foregoing .measures for the protection of shellfish shall ensue at the e.--.,:pense of the applicant. The applicant shall ensure that -the Natural Resources Dept. receives a copy of the plan of record and any forthcoming plan revisions. 7. ) Float stops shall be used to prevent the grounding of the float on the substrate.
