a battery operated system. Due to the age of the property, 1977, the system is required to
be hardwired. Upon investigation, the Town of Barnstable has this listed as a two-
bedroom residence with a two- bay garage.' Upon inspection, the garage was converted to
a master bedroom suite. Our office has no record of the renovation or upgrade of the fire
alarm system on file.
