I'm sending along this email to you to notify you of a possible problem property in Marstons Mills. The address is 65
Sheryle's Way. I have had several dealings with them over the last few years with regards to neighborhood complaints
about unregistered motor vehicles and boats on the property. The yard is completely unkempt, and there is a lot of
trash and debris around the entire property. In the past I have spoken with the homeowner, a female Id'd as Sherri
Benoit-Doolin. She always stated that the boats and things belong to her son, Id'd as Drew Benoit, and her ex husband,
Id'd as Conrad Benoit.
The following Call#'s pertain to this address, and the current situation:
- 17-41709 (8-7-17)
- 17-58013 (11/06/17)
- 19-38371 (8/8/19)
- 19-39725 (8/14/19)
- 19-39955 (8/15/19)
- 19-40001 (8/15/19)
On both August 14th and 15th of this month I had conversation with both Drew and Conrad who were at the home.
They appeared to be beginning to make an effort to start moving things, but that has since stalled. The most recent
complaint came from a neighbor who lives on the street, Id'd as Denise Caia (Ph.#508-420-1267). She complained
about the general unsightliness of the home and yard,the fact that there were several boats in various stages of
disrepair, and also stated that it appeared as though the house was now abandoned with no one living there.
This property, and the situation have come to the attention of the Chief and Deputy Chief, and I have been tasked
with citing the homeowner of record with regards to violations of the town ordinance regarding unregistered motor
vehicles and boats. (S. 228-1) I will do so beginning next week.
