The Board of Appeals found Mr. & Mrs. Proto presented their petition for variance reliefat Lot 22, S ur Lane, Marstons-Mills in an RF zoning district - said lot N2 of an acre_ contains The Petitioners purchased Lot 21 in 1974 and in 1978 they Purchased Lot 22 for the future use of their children. The area consists of developed lots of ccmparable size. The Petitioners own no other land in the area. In September of 1978, the Petitioners submitted a letter to the assessor's office requesting that they would like to keep Lot 22 as a separate lot - it is taxed as such - they have two separate certificates of title. There is well water at the site - no Town water available. Dexter Bliss made a motion to grant the relief sought by the applicants based on. the evidence submitted - it was their intent to main- tain two separate lots - as separate entities, since 1978 - seconded by Elizabeth Horton. The Board voted unanimously to allow the variance relief at Lot 22 Spur"Lanel Marstons Mills to allow relief, would not adversely affect the neighborhood nor derogate fran the spirit and intent of the zoning by-laws.
