We hereby submit specifications and estimates to furnish and install new roofing
as follows.
1. The existing roofing will be striped, the roof deck will be inspected for rot and the
owner will be advised of any replacement needs.
2. During the striping of the existing roofing the building will be covered with blue
tarps to prevent any damages to the siding shingles.
3. A layer of ice&water will be installed at all the eaves of the roof.
4. At all eaves of the roof new 8 inch drip edge will be installed.
5. 15 lb paper will be stapled to the entire roof deck.
6. 30 year arch shingles will be installed doing 6 nails per every shingle ( which is
required by the building code). (0A V V1c0Q) 2
7. 3 inch opening will be cut at the pick of the roof create ventilation in the attic of
the building.
8. The opening will be covered with cobra vent.
9. All the pipes on the building will receive new aluminum pipe flanges.
10. This price is for the entire house roof.
11. After the installation of the roof a detailed clean up will be done, the yard will be
inspected for any nails with a heavy magnet.
12. 15 year labor warranty will provided in writing by HAKI'S CONSTRUCTION.
13. Workmen's compensation and public liability insurance on above work will be
taken out by HAKI'S CONSTRUCTION
