The neighbor, Mr.Thomas Barrett left the Linnell property at the request of Mr. Linnell. It was reported that there were 2-3 dump trucks and an earthmover on site. BPD reported that Mr. Linnell imports organic material at the end of the day and dumps it on his property. In the early morning he uses a bulldozer to move the organic debris from the ground into a dump truck and then it is removed from the site. The neighbor, Mr.Thomas Barrett left the Linnell property at the request of Mr. Linnell. It was reported that there were 2-3 dump trucks and an earthmover on site. BPD reported that Mr. Linnell imports organic material at the end of the day and dumps it on his property. In the early morning he uses a bulldozer to move the organic debris from the ground into a dump truck and then it is removed from the site.
