TM issued Jackie Putnam an warning notice due to the following violations observed at 2:30 p.m.: (1) Operating a stable without a valid stable permit, (2) Piles of manue on the ground adjacent to the dumpster, and (3)Stagnant water observed in the above-ground swimming pool. Also, Charles Lewis cited Jackie Putnam for failure to maintain rabies vaccination of her two dogs. TM ordered Jackie Putnam to obtain a stable permit at the Public Health Division Office within 48 hours. 4/20196, Jaqueline Putnam obtained a stable permit at the Public Health Division Office. 4/22/96, TM reinspected the property-observed five horses again and piles of manure.Babara Booth Hamblyn stated her horse will be removed this afternoon. Also, the manure is being removed today by Eagle Landscaping Co.
