House is an upside down house built in 1985. Kitchen on 2nd floor, bedrooms on 15`floor. In the basement there is a small hallway that leads to a door into an apartment. A key is required to go from the apartment into the hallway of.the main house. There is a full kitchen, bath, living room, and bedroom. There is one egress door to outside. From inside the bedroom there is 1 window that does not meet the building code for emergency escape. The window sill is 48" above the floor and the window opening is 24"x 15". The buyer is the son of the owner who states it has been an apartment as long as he remembers. Let me know if you have any questions.
