Good Afternoon,
I am writing to you in response to a complaint I received concerning some of your equipment being
stored at_285 Church Street in West Barnstable. I have not yet been out to the site yet but I
wanted to make you aware of the complaint in order to afford you the opportunity to remove all of
your equipment(if it is in fact there). Please be aware that this area is zoned a single family district
and as a result the storage or staging of commercial equipment on a site that is not being improved
is clearly not allowed. Of course, an employee may bring home a pick up truck as a source of
transportation but the staging and storing of heavy equipment and material is not allowed. It is also
not good public relations as the neighbors are now complaining and are less apt to remember your
company fondly.
I will be going out to see the property this week but feel free to contact me regarding any questions
you may have or to hopefully inform me that the equipment is being removed. Thank you for your
kind consideration and anticipated response.
