above referenced property at 30 Crooked Cartway North since it was destroyed by
fire on July 7, 2013.
You are in violation of the Massachusetts State Building Code 780 CMR 116
and The Town of Barnstable Ordinance 224. You are hereby ORDERED TO
MAKE THE PROPERTY SAFE.
You must contact this office within 14 days of receipt of this letter with a plan of
action to secure this property.
Failure to contact this office will continue the violations noted above and put you in
Violation of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 143 section 6 through 12 and
may result in immediate action at your expense and fines.
