Doherty, who is the owner of a parcel of land located on Point Hill Road in Barnstable, Massachusetts. I have been told by Mr. Doherty that since this lot does not meet the current zoning requirements, it is necessary to certify certain facts in regard to the chain of title to the lot, so as to allow for a determination as to compliance with zoning. I hereby certify that the following is an accurate statement as to the chain of title regarding Lot 27 located on Point Hill Road and shown on a subdivision plan of land entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in West Barnstable, Mass and East Sandwich, Mass. , designed for Point Hill Realty Trust, dated July 1971 and recorded in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 249 Page 107 . 1 . The plan referred to above was approved by the planning board for the town of Barnstable pursuant to the subdivision control law on August 16 , 1971 . 2 .
