It was our opinion that the. application for an addition does not come under our jurisdiction because the-work will be confined to an upland area. Dear Mr. Aaltoa I am°writing concerning the property of Mr. Alfred Crompton located off Sandy Neck Road on the West Barnstable marsh side. Mr. Crompton has a few attached dwellings on the site and now wishes to obtain permission for another addition. I have spoken with Mr. Ranta and he suggested that I submit a letter to the Commission. My area of concern is, where does one draw the line. Legally I suppose one could add to his domicile provided he abides by the zoning set backs and maintai:s one kitchen. However, when an addition is connected by a deck and encompasses several buildings, then I think it should be reviewed. A colony within itself could be the ultimate realization.
