I feel there should be an engineer's plot plan and approval from the Board of Health because of the topography and small size of the lot. I have a forty foot agricultural easement over the lot. Also the Conservation Commission should be involved because as most of this lot is within one hundred feet of wetland. With the approval of a horse farm, Shaw Lane will be used more frequently. The ancient way is fine for walking but not for heavy use of horses and vehicles. The lane will become rutted and unusable,therefore my land will be utilized for access to the home and horse farm.
