Also the Conservation Commission should be involved because as most of this lot is within one hundred feet of wetland. With the approval of a horse farm, Shaw Lane will be used more frequently. The ancient way is fine for walking but not for heavy use of horses and vehicles. The lane will become rutted and unusable,therefore my land will be utilized for access to the home and horse farm.
