Lots 1, 2&3 are in the names of both Mr&Mrs Cappelletti and Mr Cappelletti' s parents who are now deceased. Mr and Mrs Cappelletti have a buyer for lot 4 and are in need of a letter or certification from the building department that lot 4 is a buildable lot and falls under the grandfather- ; ing provision of the town' s current zoning requirements . A review of the adjacent properties show that Lot 5 is owned by Angelua Lawton and is referred to as R 214-05 . The land to the rear of lot 4 is referred to as R 214-015016 and remains in the name of Mr Cappelletti' s deceased parents although said property belongs to him as their sole heir.
