DEFINITION OF HOMEOWNER: Person(sl who owns a parcel of land on which he/she resides or intends to re- side, on which there is, or is intended to be, a one to six family dwelling, attached or detached structures accessory to such use and/or farm structures.. A person who constructs more than one home in a two-year period shall not be considered 'a homeowner. Such "homeowner" shall submit to the Building Officia: on a form acceptable to the Building Official, that he/she shall be responsiblE for all such work performed under the building permit. (Section 109.1.1) The undersigned "homeowner" assumes .responsibility for compliance with the Stat Building. Code -and other applicable codes, by-laws, rules and regulations. To ensure that the Home Owner is fully aware of- his/her responsib-ilities,. ma: communities require, as part of the permit application, that the Hoine 'Owner certify that he/she understands the responsibilities of a supervisor. Freeman, chairman, OKH J"o DATE: July 14, 1994 RE: violations It is now necessary that enforcement action be taken with regards to the Pinski Art Center, located at 1989 Route 6A, W. Barnstable. The old Kings Highway approved a Certificate of Appropriateness for a sign. One of the conditions was that the sign over the door be removed; it was approved but not for the location that it presently occupies. To date this has not been done. Please order a ceast and desist for the sign over the door and the one that•s not in the correct location. Also the OKH would like you to check on two other locations: .. 1) Sandra Costello, Maggy Lane, a 6 feet stockade fence, we have no Certificate on file for that fence. 2) Stanley Rosenbald, 43 Indian Trail, Cummaquid a cage 10 feet in size in the front of the house. 3) The building on 3010 Barnstable Road a sign almost 20 square feet in size.
