ENTTENT: It is the intent of this section to allow the residents of the Town of Barnstable to operate a home occupation
within single family dwellings,subject to the provisions of Section 4-1.4 of the Zoning ordinance,provided that the activity
shall not be discernible from outside the dwelling. there shall be no increase in noise or odor;no visual alteration to the
premises which would suggest anything other than a residential use;no increase in tragic above normal residential volumes;

Dear Robin,
This letter is to confirm our conversation of this morning, were in you asked me for an
explanation of how I conduct my Print Broker business at 50 Northwinds Lane, West
Barnstable, MA 02668.
My long term clients contact me via email and send their print ready files via email or
Hightail/YouSendIt (for large files). New clients usually contact me via my website,
printcapecod.com.
I open these files and do a review to determine that the files are in fact print ready. At the
same time I check to see that the submitted file conforms to the Printing Quote for the
project at hand. If all is in order the files will be sent electronically to a printing company
for production. If the files need more work, I will return the files to the client with a list of
fixes, typically the client will revise the file or have their Graphic Artist do the fixes, and
we start over. If the job and the quote are out of sink, then we revise the quote.
Before we print, the,client will review a proof created from the electronic processing of the
client's file. The client could approve at this point, and we print. Or I will show paper
proofs and contract color proofs for client's approval. These proofs are shipped to me at
UPS, 131 Ansel Haller Road, West Yarmouth, MA, on a hold for pickup basis. I pickup the
proofs, review with client, and return proofs to UPS for return shipment to the print vendor.
When the job is finished it will be shipped to me (small jobs) at UPS, 131 Ansel Hallet
Road, West Yarmouth, MA, on a hold for pickup basis. I will then deliver to the client, or
distribute to client's office locations (ie all the Kinlin Grover Sales offices Falmouth to
Provincetown).
When the job is large, (a pallet or multiple pallets), Cape Cod Express will make the
delivery to client's warehouse or distributor, (like Best Read.Guide or American
Distribution). Client samples will be sent to me via UPS as above. I review, and deliver
samples to the client's office.
