One tenancy is for three weeks (2 adults and 2 children), and the second tenancy is for four weeks (2 adults and up to 5 children). The owner is asking to extend the deadline for repair. The house is under agreement of sale. To the best of Attorney Jenness's knowledge, no one will be living in the house after September 20, 2012.
