Per our conversation on the morning of August 28, 2003, it was determined that there are
two septic systems on your property, located at 155 Lakeside Drive East, Centerville.
The front system was pumped August 31, 2002 and April 23, 2003, the latter being for
visitor precautionary reasons. The back system was pumped December 13, 2002, June
10, 2003, and July 19, 2003 with the last two being pumped again for visitor
precautionary reasons.
Therefore, although there were five pumpings on the property in the past twelve months,
they were split up between the two systems, thus not resulting in a failed septic system.
The previous order letter requiring you to upgrade your septic system has been voided and
this letter will be added to our files.
