'I 6D-2 , Rough carpentry Page 3 PART 111 - EXECUTION 6D.30 BATTER DOARDS: Establish permanent trench marls determined by a competent engineer to which access can be easily had during the progress of the Work, and furnish and set sub stantial batter boards on which the Contractor's-engineer (Professional engineer) shall establish his limes. The Contractor shall maintain the same.and be responsible for all errors and damage resulting from the disturbance or the removal:of same. 6D.31 BLOCKING:STRAPPING AND GROUNDS: A. Furnish all grounds for other trades and for other work. B._Masonry Partitions: Blocking shall be provided and built into partitions. Blocks shall completely cover the end of the masonry unit to which it is applied. Blocks placed 30" apart. Blocking or- nailers secured to masonry shall have bolts or bent steel anchors set in mortar joints.
