The Contractors shall protect all existing work to remain. 6. The Contractors shall give their personal superintendence to the work, and furnish all labor, TaterW g transportation, apparatus and equipment required for a completed installation in all respects. The Contractors shall install all Imaterials in a manner subject to approval by the Architect and the w Owners. L 7. The Contractors shall leave the premises in a neat, clean and 7n safe condition at the ompletion of work each day. -� 8. The Contractors shall conformm to all applicable provisions of the State Building Code, State Plu;nbing Code, State Sanitary Code, Massachusetts Electric Code, local requirements of the Town of Barnstable and its building cammissioner, and specific S instructions of the Owners.-;. 9. All color selections shall be as selected by the Architect. 10. Any conditions which occur and which are not in conformity with these Specifications and related Drawings shall be brought to the immediate attention of the Architect for resolution. 11. All dimensions are approximate and are intended to reflect the best judgment of the Architect from a field condition z survey. Dimensions must be verified in the field by the respective Contractors prior to ordering and/or installing -materials, 12. The Contractors shall adhere to all statutory insurance 0 requirements for work of a similar nature in the commonwealth as well as to specific requirements of the Owners. z 13. All labor and materials shall be guaranteed in writing to be mfree from defects for a period of one year from the date of final payment by the Owner to the GC.
