Proposal: Remove Building E foundation (4609 sf.) and construct 8 new parking spaces; also
planned, installation of bike rack, grasses and plantings. A Regulatory Agreement
amendment will be completed to reflect modifications.
Dear Attorney Cox,
At the informal site plan review meeting held on June 29, 2021 it was determined by the Building
Commissioner that the above proposal is approvable and may proceed onto the Regulatory Agreement
process. . The Site Plan Review Committee made the following comments.
• Hans Keijser: DPW Water Supervisor
o Applicant must cut and cap pipe at the water main. Engineer will work with the
DPW Water to abandon this pipe in accordance with town regulations.
• Kate Maldonado: Assistant Director of Planning and Development
o Will coordinate Regulatory Agreement process with Elizabeth Jenkins and
applicant.
• Applicant must obtain all other applicable permits, licenses and approvals required.
