Attach an additional sheet,if necessary. The proposed exterior modifications are associated with the interior remodel of the existing dental offices of Seth Latimer, DDS and Nathan Latimer, DDS. These exterior modification include removal of (1) 3-gang window on the east side of the building and (1) single window on the west side of the building. At both locations where the windows are to be removed, the walls are to be infilled to match the existing, adjacent wall assembly. On the north side of the building a single window is to be removed and replaced with (1) 2-gang window. The new window assembly, including exterior trim is to match the existing windows elsewhere on the building. The three existing exterior doors are to be replaced with full-lite doors. Finally, the existing chimney is to be removed. All materials and finishes are to match the existing building. Base on March 16th email correspondence with Karen Herrand, this application does not include material samples due to the intention to match the existing finishes. Additional, this application does not include a landscape plan as there is no planned landscape work in the scope.
