The current owner of the above-referenced property,Don Anderson,sought my assistance at the counter this afternoon
regarding a restriction on his property, limiting the number of bedrooms to a maximum of three. The property is
connected to public sewer
After a thorough research of the Health Division file and Zoning Board of Appeals file regarding this matter,I don't see
any reason to restrict the number of bedrooms at this property. In 2009 it was,and continues to be, common practice
for the Public Health Division to approve the construction of bedrooms,without limitation, at properties connected to
public sewer. The Public Health Division has no objections to the construction of additional bedroom(s)at this
property.
