Dear Zoning Board of Appeals Members,
I am a long time Craigville Village year‐round resident and I support the Coughlin's appeal for
dimensional relief for their front yard.
I supported the development of the DCPC and feel that the Coughlin's house, on the same footprint
with a modest addition, meets the regulations.
The Coughlin's home is surrounded by pre‐existing non‐conforming homes and will blend in with the
unique character of the historic village.
