My neighbors, the Tella's, at 26 Hidden Ln in Osterville have informed me of their plans to
install a pool and make other improvements to their property. They have also informed me of
their application for a lot coverage variance as part of those plans. My property at 36 Hidden
Ln is located next door and I am supportive of their proposed plans. I do not have any
objections to the granting of a variance to allow them to move forward with their plans.
