I am writing this narrative concerning Lots 2A , 3A and PARCEL A as shown on an amended ANR Plan entitled “Plan of Land On Old Stage Road and Parker Lane Prepared for
William Eagan Dated 4/15/22 to be submitted for approval
Lot 2A and 3A have sufficient frontage on Parker Lane as shown on said plan. Parcel A also located on Parker Lane is not a buildable lot
All 3 parcels are subject to a public ancient way, known as Parker Road and in part, known as Parker Lane.
Petitioner’s Plan will connect to a 33’ wide way to that portion of Parker Road, known as Parker Lane, as shown on a Plan in Plan Book 232, Page 79 giving access to the Service Road.
The above-captioned owners are securing and will record Grants of Easements from the owners of 630 Parker Lane and 1347 Service Road, who own to the middle of the way(
Parker Lane) as shown on said Plan in Book 232, Page 79.
The Grant of Easement from the owners of 630 Parker Lane and 1347 Service Road is a grant in common with the grantors and all others lawfully entitled thereto and is for
the benefit of Lots 3A and 2A and Parcel Aon said new Subdivision Plan. Parker Lane is to be improved with a 14’ wide paved road out to the Service Road.
