Please note the observations identified at your place of business during the hazardous materials inspection and their corresponding recommendations listed below: OBSERVATIONS: • Material Safety Data Sheets available during the site visit. • Please label the 55 gallon drums of extra waste oil located in the garage behind the retail building. The label shall read"Waste Oil"or"Used Oil". • Please retain all waste oil disposal receipts from the facility receiving the deliveries. You are responsible for any waste product that is disposed of from your facility. The receipt shall include the date, quantity of product being disposed of,name of product being disposed of,the name of facility accepting the disposal, the reason for disposal, and a signature from a representative receiving the waste product. Two employees who do not work in the office area directed me to the upstairs office. The employee I spoke to in the office,said she had no access to and was not aware of the MSDSs and would not provide the binder and asked me to return at a later time. She was very RUDE and would not show me the manifests either.After returning one day later,the employees said they knew of the location, but no one in the office was available to provide the binder once again.
