The variances granted are as follows: PART VIII, SECTION 1.00: To construct a soil absorption system which will be located 82 feet away from vegetated wetlands, in lieu of the 100 feet minimum setback distance required. (7) The septic system shall be installed in strict accordance with the revised engineered plans. (8) The designing engineer shall supervise the construction of the onsite sewage disposal system and shall certify in writing to the Board of Health that the system was installed in substantial compliance with the revised plans. These variances are granted because the physical constraints at the site severely restrict the location of the soil absorption system due to the location of the vegetated wetlands and the small size of the lot.
