AND MET BETH DILLON. MOLD ODOR
UPON ENTRANCE INTO UNIT. UPSTAIRS
(UNFINISHED)APPEARS OK. NO EVIDENCE
OF MAJOR WATER DAMAGE. ROOF DOES
NEED TO.BE REPLACED. FIRST FLOOR,
RECOMMEND CARPET REMOVAL, MOST
PROBABLE CAUSE OF ODOR. NO
EVIDENCE OF MAJOR WATER DAMAGE.
STAINING OBSERVED IN DINING ROOM
CEILING, MOST LIKELY DRINK\FOOD
SPRAY. BASEMENT, MOLD OBSERVED AT
TOP OF STAIRS ON THE WALLS. MOLD
NEEDS TO BE CLEANED UP. POSSIBLE
CAUSES OF MOLD IN BASEMENT\
RECOMMENDATIONS: SEAL OFF FLOOR
UNDER BULKEHEAD WHERE THERE IS A
HOLE IN THE FLOOR. BULKHEAD DOORS
LEAK, SEAL WITH CAULK OR ;
WEATHERSTRIPPING. CONNECT DRYER
EXHAUST VENT. NO MAJOR EVIDENCE OF
