Accordingly, subject to the so-called 11330 Rule" which we discussed, it would appear that the premises satisfy the grandfathering provisions of the Barnstable Zoning Ordinance and that a building permit should not be denied on the basis that the lot does not meet the current dimensional requirements of the Ordinance.
