IS WITH THE TENANTS THEY
ARE THROWING OUT OLD MATTRESSES
AND OTHER DEBRIIS ONTO AN ABANDOM
CHICKEN COOP IN H IS YARD,
Actions Taken/Results: .DD went and could not find anything. Called
complainant and he called back after work that
the problem is not in his yard, but in the
neighbors yard. Will reinvestigate. DD went
back out 9/28/2005 and saw two mattresses
and a fold up bed spring board. Some trash.
Will find out owner of apartment building and
send warning. Upon further review of the aerial
photos, the trash is on the complainants
property. Called him and told him the story and
told him it was his responsibility to clean it up.
suggested he put up a fence.
