The following violations of 105 CMR 410 . 000 State Sanitary Code II Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation observed: REGULATION 105 MR 410,550 1BI and (D) : Infestation of red ants throughout the basement apartment occupied by tenant, Edwin Foster. `&MINI"MMURMW M&M. (B) The owner of a dwelling containing two or more dwelling units shall maintain it and its premises free from all rodents, skunks , cockroaches and insect infestation and shall be responsible for exterminationg them. (D) Extermination shall be accomplished by eliminating the harborage places of insects and rodents, by removing or making inaccessible materials that may serve as their food or breeding ground, by poisoning, spraying, fumigating, trapping or by any other recognized and legal pest elimination method. These violations must be corrected within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of this notice. You may request a hearing if written petition requesting same is received by the Board of Health within seven (7) days after the date the order is received. However, these violations must be corrected regardless of any request for a hearing. Non-compliance could result in a fine of $500 .
