These violations must be corrected within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of this notice. You may request a hearing if written petition requesting same is received by the Board of Health within seven (7) days after the date the order is received. However, these violations must be corrected regardless of any request for a hearing. Non-compliance could result in a fine of $500 .
