We took groundwater readings and based them on the benchmark elevation of the top of foundation as shown on a site plan prepared by Carmen Shay and dated December 22, 2000. The readings were taken on the hour from 2 hours before high tide to 3 hours after the high tide. The highest water table elevation found was at elevation 2.09'.
