Dear Ms. Pinaud:
Enclosed is a copy of a routine inspection performed by me
at'A''Hinckley Road, Hyannis. The site is in close- proximity
to the airport and I have concerns that it is on a private
well.
The existing tenants have been there since March 1993 and
state that previous owners dumped their waste down the
toilet. The toilet is grossly stained orange brownish. The
owners of record are:
