Facts: On 8/17/2010 the Health Division received a complaint regarding a trash problem. This consisted of trash being stored improperly in accordance to The Town of Barnstable Code § 353-1 Storage of garbage and rubbish. Health Inspector Timothy B. O'Connell, RS met with said offender at said address. While at property said health inspector did observe a large amount of garbage and debris at this property. The said offender was advised on the proper storage of garbage within The Town of Barnstable. The said violator has been warned many times, both written and verbal over a course of a year. I issued a$100 citation BAR# 80342. I also filmished him with a copy of state regulations on hauling trash. I also told him he must obtain a trash hauler's permit from Town of Barnstable Health Division. On 2-14-11 Inspector O'Connell observe a large amount of garbage and debris at this property. Again due to many warnings and past violations a citation (Bar# 80343) was issued. On 2-15-11 Inspector O'Connell again observed a large amount of garbage and debris at this property. A citation(Bar# 80344)was issued on this date. On 4-29-11 Inspector O'Connell still observed same violations as above and citation (Bar# 80346) was issued. Although on 7-15-11 Clerk magistrate did not find defendant responsible on above citations due to compliance. Currently defendant is in compliance. Respectfully Sµb d, n Timothy .
