Dear Mr. McKean:
The purpose of this letter is to inform the Barnstable Town Council that a Permanent Solution with
No Conditions has been filed for the 655 Iyannough Road property in the Town of
Hyannis (RTN 4-26340). This Permanent Solution is being filed following the completion of all
recommended Remedial Actions to address the release of 6-7 gallons.of hydraulic fluid.
This public notification is being provided pursuant to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, 310
CMR 40.1403(3) (f). This documentation has simultaneously been filed with the DEP Southeast
Regional Office located at 20 Riverside Drive in Lakeville, Massachusetts. A copy of the report
may be found online under RTN 4-26340 or obtained from the PRP, KEE Enterprises, Inc. of
Harwich. -
Currently,there the site has a final solution and a condition of no significant risk exists Conditions
at the site have been reduced to background levels. If you have any questions,please do not
