This Permanent Solution is being filed following the completion of all recommended Remedial Actions to address the release of 6-7 gallons.of hydraulic fluid. This public notification is being provided pursuant to the Massachusetts Contingency Plan, 310 CMR 40.1403(3) (f). This documentation has simultaneously been filed with the DEP Southeast Regional Office located at 20 Riverside Drive in Lakeville, Massachusetts.
