The Health Department has the following comments/requirements regarding this
application for Site Plan Review:
• Buildings must be designed large enough to accomodate triple compartment
sinks, handwash sinks, utility sinks and separate male and female restrooms
for employees.
• Separate male and female restrooms for employees.
• Both buildings will require and inground grease trap.
