The initial deadline established for the condominium to connect to the public sewer was March 30, 2015. Last month, after our telephone discussion, a 30 day extension was granted to April 30, 2015. The unusually cold and snowy winter has prevented the contractor, Bortolotti Construction, from performing the work in the allotted timeline..The contractor is working actively at this time, but the anticipated completion date is still several weeks away. Therefore, we are requesting that the Board grant a further extension to May 30, 2015,for the completion of the sewer connection installation. Please contact me if you have any questions.
