Dear Mr. Malo,
At the May 12, 2015 meeting of the Board of Health, you were granted an extension to connect
160 Marstons Ave. Hyannis to public sewer.
This extension was requested due to the unusually cold and snowy winter which prevented the
contractor from performing the work in the allotted timeline.
The Board has no objection to granting a thirty day extension.

Dear Mr. McKean:
On behalf of our client, Harbor Village Condominium, we request an extension to the Board of Health Order issued March
28, 2013 (originally addressed to Thomas and Paula O'Conner). The initial deadline established for the condominium to
connect to the public sewer was March 30, 2015. Last month, after our telephone discussion, a 30 day extension was
granted to April 30, 2015. The unusually cold and snowy winter has prevented the contractor, Bortolotti Construction, from
performing the work in the allotted timeline..The contractor is working actively at this time, but the anticipated completion
date is still several weeks away. Therefore, we are requesting that the Board grant a further extension to May 30, 2015,for
the completion of the sewer connection installation.
Please contact me if you have any questions. I will be glad to be present at the meeting of the Board of Health to answer
any questions on behalf of our client.

As a follow-up to our telephone discussion in March, when a 30 day extension was granted to April 30, I
am requesting a further extension from the Board of Health
to complete the required sewer connection work.
On behalf of our client, the Harbor Village Condominium Association, I have attached a formal letter
requesting the continuance.
I have spoken with Catherine in you office and I have left a message with Sharon Crocker regarding this
matter.
We are requesting formal approval by the Board, as may be appropriate, on this matter.
