As you are aware, sewer is presently available in close proximity to this site, at the rotary and again further up North Street; but it is not available immediately in front of this location. Mr. Boudreau has offered to fund the costs associated.with bringing the sewer line to this site. The projected wastewater from this small office building is estimated at less than 200 gallons per day. The Board is of the opinion that this very low wastewater discharge flow, equivalent to less than a two bedroom home, would have little or no impact in regards to the capacity of the Town's Wastewater Treatment Facility.
