RE: 396 North Street, Hyannis/Town Sewer/Philip Boudreau
On Tuesday July 12, 2005, during a public meeting of the Board of Health,
the Board voted to provide a written recommendation encouraging your
Office to allow Mr. Philip Boudreau to connect his building, located at 396
North Street Hyannis, to public sewer.
As you are aware, sewer is presently available in close proximity to this site, at
the rotary and again further up North Street; but it is not available
immediately in front of this location. Mr. Boudreau has offered to fund the
costs associated.with bringing the sewer line to this site.
The projected wastewater from this small office building is estimated at less
than 200 gallons per day. The Board is of the opinion that this very low
wastewater discharge flow, equivalent to less than a two bedroom home,
would have little or no impact in regards to the capacity of the Town's
Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Any assistance that you could provide in this regard would be greatly
appreciated.

Minutes of the Boards' June 19`h meeting and ask that you deliver the same to Mr. Falacci _
upon presentation of this correspondence to you. In addition, I hereby request a copy of
