On October 23,2009 extensive work was performed to address the recurring leak(by Gagnon Home Maintenance). 2. In the Spring of 2010 the leak came back again (in certain windy conditions) and we determined it might be caused by an issue in the chimney.We had our roofer, B.L.Mosher Construction completely sea[the chimney. 3. In the Fall of 2010 we were advised once again by the owner that the leak had come back. The owner was notified in November that the replacement of the rubber membrane on the 3rd floor deck bad been approved and she would have to coordinate that work with our roofer. 4.By the time that coordination transpired it was December and too cold to install rubber roofing. Our roofer suggested that he could try a"temporary fix" using some certain sealant he had.He did that,the owner was advised that he would, and was also advised that the rubber roofing would be installed in the Spring depending on weather,Moshear's availability and access to the property. Due to nature of violation (flat rubber roof leaking) the repairs need to be done during warmer weather which property manager said is in process of taking place. There also has been scheduling conflicts, according to both parties, which Health Dept can not control. Due to winter conditions and the type of construction material being used the main job was not done. There has been approval by condo trust to do the work but they are waiting for weather. i.e May. March 13, 1971 Gentlemen: In reference to your notice, dated Feb . 23, 1971, to Mr. John Braden, owner of the Yachtsman Motor Inn, 500 Ocean Street , Hyannis , Mass . The reason why the cesspools were running over was the 24 toilets with worn out flush valves . This allowed the water to run day and night filling the cesspools . I have repaired all flush valves with new parts , and put them in good operating condition; this eliminates the problems to the cesspools . Because of great expense already incurred by Mr. Braden, he would like at this time not to tie into the town sewer.
