Dear Mr. Markarian, _
It is our understanding that your home located at 26 Pawnee Court,Hyannis, was not
connected into public water. However, according to a notation on the engineering plan
for 38 Pawnee Court dated December 30, 1998,prepared by Peter Sullivan,P.E. "the
well is to be abandoned;the dwelling is to be connected to town water."
Please be advised that the septic system located on the adjacent property is located only
approximately 70 feet away from your well. The State requires a minimum of 100 feet
and the Town Health Regulation requires a minimum of 150 feet separation distance
between a well and a septic system.
According to the Water Department, a public water line is located in the street and is
accessible to your property. Please advise the Board in regards to when in the future do
you plan to connect your dwelling into town water.
Since ly yours, j
