Dear Mr. McKean:
I am currently serving as the President of Independence Park, Inc. that holds title to the
premises at 59 Pineneedle Lane in Hyannis, Massachusetts. °
Dan Ojala of Down Cape Engineering has completed the design of a sewer connection
for the above referenced premises. We are planning to distribute the plan to 3
contractors requesting proposals for the connection work. It is anticipated that the work
will commence within 30 days after a contractor has been selected. Therefore,
estimate that the work will be completed within the next 60 to 90 days depending upon
the availability of the contractor selected.
