It is intended to move the storage and repair of fishing/lobstering equipment that is presently in one half of the existing onsite building, into the new , building. McKean Thomas From: McKean Thomas To: Brigham Anna Subject: Cote Fisheries/SPR 085-98 Date: Wednesday, October 07, 1998 11:17AM I am in receipt of a site plan review application to construct a 4000 sqaure feet building at 18 Rosary Lane Hyannis and I submit the folloiwng comments: -Will fish be processed at this site? If the answer is yes,where will the underground grease trap be located? -This parcel is located within a WP District iand is therefore limited to wastewater discharge of 330 gallons per day. The septic septic system design calculations describes factory or"industrial use" at 20 people at 15 gallons per person per day. However, if fish will be processed there, the wastewater discharge would be greater than that. The designing engineer should obtain water meter readings from similar establishments to determine an accurate estimate of the waste water discharge. - Is an outside refuse storage area (e.g. dumpster) proposed at this site? If the answer is yes, please show the proposed location of the outside refuse storage area on the site plan. - How will waste fish-parts odors be controlled?
