THIS IS LOCATED DOWN NAUTICAL WAY.
Actions Taken/Results: DS WENT TO SAID LOCATION. DS HAS
DEALT WITH THIS IN THE PAST. THE
OWNER OF THE PROPERTY THAT HAS THE
TRASH ON IT(385 SEA STREET) CAME IN
OUTRAGED A WHILE BACK THAT PEOPLE
HAD.BEEN DUMPING THEIR STUFF ON HIS
PROPERTY. DS EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT
WE HAVE NOTHING TO GO ON, AS WE DO
NOT KNOW WHO IS DUMPING THE STUFF.
DS TOLD HIM THE ONLY REGULATION WE
HAD, WOULD BE TO ISSUE HIM A
WARNING TO CLEAN IT UP AS IT IS ON HIS
PROPERTY. THE OWNER BECAME
OUTRAGED. DS TOLD HIM HE HAS
SEVERAL OPTIONS, HE MAY CALL THE
POLICE FOR ILLEGAL DUMPINGS IF HE
CATCHES THE PEOPLE DOING IT. HE MAY
PUT UP A FENCE ON HIS PROPERTY. HE
MAY PUT OUT CAMERAS TO CATCH WHO
IS DUMPING THE STUFF. THE OWNER

THEN CALLED THE POLICE, WHO CALLED
US TO SEE IF WE KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT
IT. THEY SAID DPW WOULD NOT PICK IT
UP, AS IT WAS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
NO ACTION MAY BE TAKEN AT THIS TIME
BY THE HEALTH DIVISION.

On 8-10-07 went to said property with MM
and Aline Rodrigues Lead Inspector from the
state. (lic. # C3552 ) We conducted lead
determination test and all were positive. Due to
fact I am not Licensed yet, Aline will take over
case. Will close.
