During the site inspection an abandoned #2 fuel oil tank .,..•� was found in the basement, left exposed due to the recent fire. The fill pipe is not capped and the tank contains fuel oil . The above stated conditions pose a potential threat to the health and safety of the public. According to the Town of Barnstable "Health Regulation Regarding Fuel and Chemical Storage Systems" it is a violation to abandon any tank in place.
