The property owned by you located at 140 Yarmouth Road, Hyannis was inspected on June 11, 2003 by David Stanton, RS,.Health Inspector for the Town of Barnstable, because of a complaint. The following violations of the State Sanitary Code were observed: 105 CMR 410.500: Owner's Responsibility to Maintain Structural Elements: A hole was observed in the ceiling,with buckets and trash receptacles below catching the water coming through the ceiling. You are directed to correct the leaking ceiling within five (5) days of your receipt of this notice, by stopping the source of the water by making the roof weather tight, and repairing the hole in the ceiling. You may request a hearing before the Board of Health if written petition requesting same is received within ten(10) days after the date the order is served. Farrenkopf RECEIVED A CALL FROM AND EMPLOYEE AT 140 YARMOUTH ROAD,REPORTING AN AUTOMOBILE LEAKING GASOLINE IN THEIR PARKING LOT. ARRIVING ON SCENE,SIDE ONE OF A DOCTORS OFFICE,WE WERE MET BY THE CALLER WHO SHOWED US TWO[21 AREAS WHERE THIS VEHICLE SPILT GASOLINE. BOTH AREAS WE ABOUT 2'X 2',SMALL SPILL. INVESTIGATING WE WERE TOLD BY THE CALLER THAT THE CAR WAS MOVED TWICE PRIOR TO DISCOVERING THE LEAK. THE LEAK INVOLVED A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE FUEL FILTER AND GASOLINE TANK. MR.LOUD AFFILIATED WITH THE SATURN GARAGE ARRANGED TO HAVE THEIR TOWING SERVICE REMOVE THE VEHICLE FOR REPAIRS. SPILL WERE COVERED WITH SOLVENT AND SAND. VEHICLE TOWED BY SHORELINE TOWING.
