Dear Mr. Caron,
This letter is to follow up our discussion relative to the assigned address for your property
located at#336 Sea Street,Hyannis. This address was assigned to your building before
the property was subdivided in 1983 by Franco Real Estate on plan book 375 page 12.
This subdivision resulted in a building being built directly in front of your building,
blocking the identification of your building from Sea Street. To complicate matters,your
driveway access was installed off Angel Road. This places your building in an obscure
location for identifying it from Sea Street.
In order to provide the ability to locate your building in the event of an emergency, it is
necessary to reassign a new address for your property for Angel Road. Therefore it is
necessary to reassign the address for your property from#336 Sea Street,Hyannis to
#19 Angel Road,Hyannis. Enclosed is a copy of the Town of Barnstable Ordinance for
Numbering of Buildings as a guide for posting you new numbers. Please contact me at
(508) 862-4088 when the change is made so that your E-911 accounts can be corrected.
