The current building has 28,000 square feet and-could be.divided into as many as 10 individual condo`units. Additionally, we are in process of finalizing the Permitting for and add ional 5000+/- square feet for a potential of an additional 4 units. This would'bring the total to 14'units: The request is for a curb side ladder type sign(please see attached sketch) of 50 square feet and each unit a building sign of up to 10 square feet(with the option of 20 square feet for a double unit. The building sign will be of the quarter board type painted black with gold lettering. All - unit signs will be of the same type.
